Round 9: 10-9 Trinidad

Oscar did too much floyding (running) and Trinidad was the aggressor. Aside from the combinations throw by Oscar around the 2:20 mark, he didn't do much else but run. It was a close round but I give it to Trinidad due landing some shots, forcing the action and Oscars inactivity/excessive running.

Oscar won that round. . . no doubt about it. . . TBH I saw ONE clean punch land for felix. . . Oscar landed about 7.

landing punches doesn't matter in boxing. just look at calzaghe-hopkins.

Difficult round to score as Oscar was doing great the first minute of the round, his ring generalship turned to running but when you ask yourself why he's running its b/c the punches Trinidad were landing were thuding hurt. What De la hoya landed Trinidad walked through but Tito was the active aggressor the entire round and landed the harder shots.

I gave the 9th round to Oscar, still Oscar didn't deserve to win that fight.

Oscar landed more clean shots... tito may punch harder, but he didnt appear to hurt oscar @ all. Tito was outboxed. this is chess, not checkers... tito may be taking out oscars rooks and knights with his queen... but hes leaving his King unprotected and oscar check mated him with the bishop. Simple as that.
