If Wladimir retired him Vitali would kill him...Haye is just looking out for his future.

Haye is so dissapointing, what is with this so desperate to retire attitude? Its not like youve had that many fights is it?

No one believed your toe story, so why didnt you want to prove that it was the toe that effected your performance? If you could fight Vitali and do much much better, people might believe the toe story.

But whatever, good bye if thats what you want!

I almost, almost feel a tad sorry for him. All those years he spent in boxing, and he retirse being almost universally despised by the boxing community. He can't even count on the support from the British fans/media. Sure, he got a nice payday to end it but that's all he's got to show for it.

He was a fun CW. His run at HW was absolutely pathetic.

Hope the money was worth it, you clown.

Although I'm pretty sure you'll make a Sky-hyped dramatic comeback in a couple of years.

That's a pretty lame decision to quit now, because now everyone will remember him just as another K2 victim. No one will remember his amateur achievements, unified cruiserweight champion, etc.

He could've at least went for Povetkin for the WBA paper belt and retire after that.

Not a big fan but I'd rather he stuck around and gave us some more of his hype.
