He's deluded with a massive ego still, coming off a loss and thinking he can get Kessler a world champ, up next. It's laughable really.

Hes fighting for the European title next. Next logical step is the world title....surely?

As a target yes, as a realistic one, no.

Kessler is beating Stieglitz, will be a world champ.

For one thing, both Andre Ward and Carl Froch want him.

I'll happily put a bet on Degale not getting that fight.

He needs to get that EU belt, defend it once, avenge his loss to groves, and work his was up the rankings.

DeGale will rule 168 in a couple of years time.

Too early for a fight with Kessler though. Needs a few more fights.

I don't see what's in it for Kessler tbh. He wants Ward, Froch or Bute, established names in his next few fights before he retires. DeGale may have to wait a few fights till he's mandatory.

And that should take few fights as he's just coming off the back of a domestic loss.

He's better than half of Kessler's recent opposition.

Providing De Gale wins, his next opponent will probably be Brian Magee.

                    Kessler V DeGale next year?

                    haha Kessler would punish him.
