Well you cant really look at 1 fight and say because he got rocked by a straight right that it will happen again. But with that said you can not ignore the fact that chad is a little chinny and everytime hes been hurt its been because of a straight right. Bernard throws the straight right well and he is at least a big puncher then glen so he could possibly hurt chad with that punch. It is not out of the realm of possibbility.

Well actually he wouldnt because they fought and bernard stopped him. He couldnt land anything. Granted it was a long time ago but bernard was/is the only man to put a "beating' on glen ohnson.

Dude, please. Do you actually watch boxing? Hopkins is different kind of fighter entirely than what Dawson has ever seen. Hopkins movement alone will be difficult enough for Chad to deal with but the way Hopkins throws punches, so short and quick he his gonna get hit early and often and he is gonna get frustrated like a mu****a when he finds himself trying to fight a shadow that he can never land a punch on.


Glen Johnson squares up and plods forward pawing with the jab eventually cutting you down to size once you let him inside, amazing fighter but completely different than Hopkins. Hopkins uses superior technique, defense and position to make you pay and miss again and again until you see fighters basically break mentally.
