False. I have knocked down so many people with my solid straight jab WITHOUT any kind of rotation at all. Maybe its just me because of the power I have developed but I put that myth to rest. I will see if one of my friends wants sacrifice himself so I can knock him out and post video to show you guys.

Not a myth at all, rotation generates power, no doubt about that. Sure, you could knock down people with a straight punch, but rotation will generate even more power. Have you seen baseball pitchers throw the ball? They use all the rotation they can to generate power, from their legs, hips, arms and finishing with their wrists. So yeah, you can generate good power without rotation if you're strong enough, but rotation will generally give more power to punches.False. The thing is. You can't rotate very much into a jab. It only rotates so far before your ******ly out of position and/or off balance.
The straight can rotate pretty far. The jab cannot. Which is why I don't see how this kid can and/or should rotate into his jab more.
