Who's the slight underdog for Hopkins/Dawson fight?

I feel Dawson is the underdog, yet my brother feels Hopkins is the underdog. I think most boxing fans are picking Bhop to beat Dawson.

Hopkins should be the huge favorite going in. Hopkins is the one talking smack saying Dawson has mental weaknesses that he'll take advantage of. And did everyone forget about how Pascal upsetted Dawson? No one expected that. I would think Dawson's stock has fallen alot since then. Even if he did have a pretty good win over The Shark(I forget the guys name but a good fighter).

They constantly talk about Hopkins age, but never bring up the fact how he has alot more experience professionally in the ring compared to Dawson. Age is only a number, Vitali, Foreman, Hopkins all proved that they are still great fighters at their ages.

So, why is he the underdog if thats the way you feel? Did we forget about Hopkins pro experience in the ring? Did we forget 2 fights ago, Dawson was outpointed by Jean Pascal? I know triangle theories don't work but if Dawson didn't correct any problems with his game, couldn't Pascal have set-up a game-plan on how to beat Dawson comfortably?
