No their fight was ugly as hell, they are cool now, but they wont be able to work together again!!!
Cotto was best with steward, but steward was a being lazy and Cotto hired an excellent trainer that he has known for many years!!Comment

I think the Cotto tandem is a formidable tandem, although I think it would be beneficial to have a co-trainer to work on other things. I think them two, from a training/teaching standpoint have hit the ceiling, but Cotto was just a different fighter under his uncle. Whatever their problems were, it seemed to bring out the best of Cotto come fight night.Comment

I think he really didn't use the right word. Steward is a busy guy he only wanted to go to camp for 5-6 weeks and he has to fly out almost every weekend to call fights for HBO but still wanted to get paid great money. not sure if lazy is the right word but lack of commitment sure is. Cotto wanted a guy who was as motivated to train as he is and Diaz show him more than commitment dude show him a grea gameplan.Comment
