Welterweight contender Rafal Jackiewicz (38-10-1, 19 KOs) is very upset with the referee's decision to stop Saturday's fight with Kell Brook (25-0, 17 KOs). The bout, being fought for a mandatory shot at WBA champion Vyacheslav Senczenki, was stopped in the sixth round. Jackiewicz admits that he was losing the fight, but says he was waiting for the second half of the contest to turn up the pace and doesn't understand why the ref jumped in to wave it off in the sixth. It was the first time that Jackiewicz had ever been stopped in his long career. He was so upset that he nearly walked over and socked the referee.

Boxing fans around the world should thank the ref for doing what kell brook couldn't and that's stopping the ****e snoozefest. Rafal was disgusting and brook slow and one dimensional in his attack. The next naseem hamed I think not! Naz knocked guys out!! He had real power and talent.
