Danny Green will be sparring Rubin Williams in prep for Mundine. Not too bad a choice at all as Williams is a contender and could possibly beat Green in a fight.
But Green is kidding if he thinks Williams is faster than Mundine, aint no one faster than Mundine. Mundine is also much much more elusive.
But overall a good choice, because Williams is a very good fighter. But you can not prep for speed unless you get used to getting hit.
Will be interesting to see who Mundine spars. Despite what I say about Green the fact is that he is a great fighter, and Mundine will have to be very selective in who he spars, I don’t think the Withers brothers quite cut it.

Danny goes to Hollywood to prepare for Mundine
The familiar sensation of a bloodied nose yesterday welcomed Danny Green back to sparring.
Green sparred five four-minute rounds with amateur middleweight Ben McCulloch in a 7am session at the Padded Gloves boxing gym in the Glebe Police Citizens Youth Club.
It was his first taste of combat following a 2-month lay-off caused by two fractured vertebrae in his back, an injury inflicted on him by Julio Gonzalez in a mid-August sparring session in America.
"My back feels fine," Green said after the session.
While Green and Anthony Mundine are scheduled to appear in separate fights on a December 11 card in Perth, the Sydney-based West Australian is already locking in sparring partners who will prepare him for his much-anticipated match with "The Man" early next year.
Green is importing a world-ranked fighter to spar with, one he claims is even faster and hits harder than Mundine.
