James won the first fight imo but can't really argue with the decision, James lost the fight George didnt really win it. Dont know much about the guy he is fighting this Saturday but i cannot wait to see James back in the ring and hopefully he will be European champion this saturday. I just hope he doesnt go for the World title too earl, he is a definite future world champion even though he is in a very tough divison. I think he will be European Champ and then fight Groves early next year and knock him out....

        What about G-Lock?

He's the new kid on the block, baby.

If I was a British boxer though I would want Tibbs or McCracken.

As soon as he is recognised across the pond he will get picked up by the best trainers, the guy has such potential and hopefully he will start to prove it. I honestly believe in 3 years or less he will be the top super middleweight and be taking out the likes of Froch, Ward....

This isn't a usually a concern of mine when it comes to be boxers because ring intelligence is another thing entirely.

But, aren't you worried DeGale is a bit thick?

I'm just worried about how all DeGale tends to say is that Groves 'nicked' the fight. If he believes that he's going to get done again.

Well the word from the camp is his partners have tried to do the same thing and they have been knocked out pretty kid and they have had to stop the sparring, they seem to know where they went wrong, my problem is at a world level when he faces a real counter puncher how is he going to deal with it.... that is my only worry with James, he has great handspeed for a super middleweight and good movement, his power is decent, he slaps his shots a little bit but they are effective... Should be a great fight on saturday i cant wait for Cleverly vs Bellew either who u got??

I don't know why but I fancy Bellew.

Here's a guy with outstanding amateur pedigree and the way he fiddled his way through against McKenzie in the second fight was like shelling peas really - it was boring as shit but it looked easy.

I think Cleverly is expecting a tear-up and he might get out-boxed. For all his bravado I think Bellew will be the man with the plan and Clev will be the fella trying to cave his head in.

Never seen the pole James is fighting but it should be interesting enough. The Polish lads tend to be very hard men.

What do you reckon about Clev/Bellew?

Degale: Franky Boy, why you betray me like that?

Frank Warren: What do you mean Jame's?

Degale: You signed up Ugly Boy that's ****ing what!

Frank Waren: Signing him is only good for your career. Trust me on this Jame's, you are my favourite.

Degale: OK I am Chunky, that's my name

I think the fight will either be a really **** one where they are both nervous to engage and they try and box each other resulting in a really **** fight or its going to be really explosive, im a big Cleverly fan but his defence isn't great and im worried that he is going to get caught with a big Bellew right hand and its going to be over, im really hoping Cleverly stays long jabs and uses his quick hands to go for the body and then quickly to the head and then move off and keep repeating this, he eventually may get the stoppage but im expecting a decision about 8 rounds to 4, 9 rounds to 3 for Cleverly

I always get the feeling Kevin Mitchell is Frank's favourite.

He'll look out for that boy. Otherwise he'd be throwing him to Rios. Mitchell would take it on but I think Frank's looking after him.
