Wow seriously Mayweather belongs in hell. This is serious. Poor handicapped people probably can't get their medicines and groceries because there's a white Rolls Royce parked in their space with an arrogant jerk making out with a paid ballerina called Ms Jackson.

lol that's what i was thinking. . . i have an old handicap pass that doesn't expire until 2013. . . i only do it when there are no parking spaces left, though. . .

i don't do it in walmart or places where handicap people are likely to go, though. . . when im downtown at night, or going to class or something. . .

How is it that a lot of black people get handicap permits for their car? When i go to the mall or grocery store in my neighborhood there is a LARGE percentage of black people taking up handicap spaces when I can't see any limping or wheel chair or obesity nothing! I went the a radio shack and this 40 something lady looking like she just finished jogging gets out with her teenage son and parked a beamer in a handicap spot. Of course the car had a parking permit?

When i fractured my heel and had to wear a cast for months my doctor was very strict and didnt approve me a parking permit.

Yes ALOT actually. I see middle aged guys driving Zr-1's, 300C's Camaro's parking in handicap spots all the time.
