I'd say the most padded reocrd of all time would be Len Wickwar.

338 wins - 85 losses - 42 draws.

Not a single good win or fight on his record.

Ramirez certainly blows him out the water.

There was a "fighter" named LaMar Clarke, who fought Ali when he was still Clay, who had a record of 42-2 at the time, with 41 KO's. It was reported that of his 42 "wins", 40 of them were against "fighters" who had 1 win or NO wins, mostly no wins, or even fights................

now, understandble losses..

the whitaker fight was a pure robbery....and whitaker later on avenged that loss.
