    According to Top Rank's CEO Bob Arum, WBA lightweight champ Brandon Rios (28-0, 21KOs) title defense against England's John Murray (31-1, 18KOs) is practically a done deal for the sterling Miguel Cotto-Antonio Margarito undercard on December 3rd in New York's Madison Square Garden.
