so are the resumes of 99% of boxers in the modern era. the structure of the game today doesn't allow for anyone to crack that high on that fictitious great list you keep in your head. maybe boxing isn't the sport for you

Wow, you're looking more like a Floyd lover buy saying those things lol.. Defending Floyd and thinking he is all that is like telling me you really are a kissass Floyd divk rider hehe!.. Geez, wake-up my friend.. He is all for preservation and low risk.. Tribute to his resume of late fights that should have happened earlier in his career. Ain't what great is all about. But if you love calling him great. Go for it. Just to warn you, only a ****** would think he is one lol..

I repeat, your boy is nowhere near the likes of Ali, Robinsons and the fighters that challenge themselves. Don't need to elaborate. A rational unbiased boxing fan would surely get that

Since when did I say Floyd is Robinson or Ali? You're trying too hard to pass your ideas off onto me.

          No confusion!

Perhaps you believe in that but in a thread this weekend they were showing a video of Floyd looking good and that comment came up that Floyd is no doubt better than SRR ....

It's not like it's the first time that this comparison has happened!

Also, Floyd has said that he is better than the top names ... remember that?

Fail. Hatton came in on fight night at the weight he did at 140 and that was higher than Mayweathers.

I see. So what is your issue? I think we both can agree that even if Floyd beat Martinez and pacquiao that simply isn't enough to propel him to GOAT.

Lol at people thinking Floyd can predict exactly what a fighter brings every fight. He's so smart that he knows that no opponent will hit him hard enough to hurt him...he knew Hatton, Oscar, Shane etc...would fail because he some how knew that they didn't eat their favorite cereal one morning in training camp and that screwed them up mentally!!

It kills me how people make Floyd out to be Nostradamas or some *****!

Boxing is a sport where anything can happen, WE ALL KNOW THAT...but that doesn't mean fighters have to let it happen for the sake of d!ckhead fans.

I speed in my car from time to time...doesn't mean I accept that I can die as a result!! The sooner boxing fans stop expecting "phone booth" fights the only fights that are satisfactory, the sooner we can enjoy boxing without all the hating!!...especially coming from fans playing it safe in the comforts of their homes typing away about someone else getting punched!!!!

I thought you were on board with Floyd when he said that he prefers to not take the risks (self-preservation)?

Now you changed your mind? So soon .... man you couldn't even wait until you started a thread about Floyd is GOAT! lol!

Either you are OK with Floyd's moves of avoiding some fights or you are not .... either way, that takes away from getting all the glory and considered deserving of being called along the names of an Ali, SRR,.......

You can't have your cake and eat it to!

If you agree then that is not an issue .... the issue is that the other Floyd fans are waiting to do so and some have already starting ....

The issue here is , you don't self proclaim you are a Goat. It's the boxing fans who will anoint you if you are deserving of bring 'the Goat'.

And to add. It is obvious that Being great, and self preservation, low risks don't belong together lol
