The DA is not a boxing entity, whether he gets charged criminally or not is really meaningless.

They didn't want to go through with it and let the agency in charge handle the punishment considering he didn't actually assault Mosley.

Because they let him off the hook on criminal charges is not that meaningful and really is just you making an excuse for a guy you want to make excuses for.

For someone touting virtue, rule books and sportsmanship I find this very odd~

California was set to ban him for life had those Lab Results confirmed that there was plaster paris, your boxing entity did not ban him for life.. just one year thats your offical result from your boxing entity.

Banning for life is not something they could have done, the most serious thing they could do was revoke his license which they did, they never had to give it back other en****** did it for him though in other states.

People tend to support him because despite the plaster, hes a tough sob. Boxing is being overrun with quitters now and as a result people are giving him a pass because the tough, out on his shield fighter seems to be dying a slow death.
