Don´t be naive guys, they didn´t give Jmm 5 million dollars to get into their backyard and kill their cash cow. He´ll be there just to "contribute" to the show

JMM will always give Pac trouble regardless of the weight due to their styles

so i won't be surprised at all if JMM could make Pac again run for his money

        but for how long?

I hope Marquez does give Pac a challenge. If the fight is close again and Pac wins, I'd def give Mayweather the upper hand. I'd still say Manny has a punchers chance though.

BUT if Pac beats Marquez by a vast majority, I'd put a Mayweather-Pac fight at 50-50, which I think will happen.

Please honest opinions and ease up on the trolling. Thanks.

I've said it before (and you can check my post history), Pacquiao's style plays into Marquez's counterpunching. Marquez is an AGGRESSIVE counter-puncher.

Even if Marquez beats Pacquiao, he can't beat Mayweather. Mayweather's a DEFENSIVE counterpuncher. He zips in and out and potshots without playing to Marquez's strength.

Another example of styles/fights...I also thought (before the Mayweather/Ortiz fight) that if Ortiz were to upset Mayweather, he'd get demolished by Pacquiao because Pacquiao's offense would overwhelm Ortiz. I always thought if you had to put Mayweather/Pacquiao side by side, that Ortiz had a better chance at beating Mayweather than Pacquiao.

            But that's just me.

I personally believe that Marquez has an underrated chance of pulling off an upset.

What I could see happening in the future (if Pacquiao has trouble BEATING Marquez but does) is that they'll say, "Oh, Pacquiao's not the same. He's lost a little of that speed and whatnot."

The excuse might be lined up if he then loses in a future fight with Floyd. And the hating will continue...

                What did I say?

Dammit, Márquez wasn't even knocked down and they STILL wouldn't give it to him.

Jesus...I'll have to watch the fight again, but man was I pissed.

                      Mayweather by UD. - PacFan.

This fight and Mosley fight did not help his cause at all. Is he in a decline?
