You could make a case for him not being the goat, but having 2 close fights with JMM and losing to Morales isnt ways to do it. Because other candidates for GOAT have worse losses than to JMM type guys and Morales type guys on their CV.
Also being knocked out twice in his earlier career isnt a way to do it! Its not relevant!
