    I agree with this...

For Peterson to have success, he has to time Khan with hard shots when Khan is stepping into his range to throw his combinations.Easier said than done though.[/QUOTE]its about time. if khan darts in and gets met by a good jab, then he won't get off those combinations.peterson has a very good 1-2 himself.

With that being said, I think Khan wins clearly based on his superior speed and conditioning.

        Khan UD12.
Peterson's conditioning is really good bruh,I can't say Khan has better conditioning then Peterson..

Peterson is well conditioned no doubt.

Khan is the more active fighter though. He uses alot of movement and throws alot of punches.

From what i have seen, Peterson is sort of a slow starter.

I think Peterson could be considered a slow starter, but I think he is figuring things out with his opponent..He is great at adapting to his opponent..

Peterson gets better the longer the fight progresses so Khan better stack up points early b/c he was definitely gassed in the championship rounds w/Maidana and Peterson has a pretty good beard.

peterson's a very slow starter and he keeps his hands very low, he's not as fast as he thinks he is. if he hasn't changed those things he will get knocked out.....early

I consider Peterson a very 'live' underdog -- he's going to have to be more aggressive and active from the start and be willing to engage in exchanges with Kahn -- conditioning and determination could very well play a big part in the outcome and there I think Kahn may have an edge....

Can't see Peterson winning this fight. Peterson is a good inside/pocket fighter, but Khan leans on the back of your neck to keep you from getting on the inside and getting punches off. Peterson works the body and head on the inside and that's not Khan’s type of fight. Khan hasn't changed anything and fights the same way. Khan comes in behind the jab with combos, jump back out and uses ring movement. He's subject to a wild right hook because he fights with his head in the air and little to know head movement. Staying at the end or out of Khan punching range makes him commit to jumping in more. I believe Peterson should be first and work the body. Peterson turns comes on strong in the later rounds but can't do that with Khan.

So at one point during training camp for the Bradley fight he was stuck at 148, I've been saying this for a while already...these Jr WWs are HUGE, they could experience the same improvements Ortiz did when they move up.
