It's the tax implications guys. If he shows a high amount of his income goes to charity or the operations of his charity he gets a tax break. What the author is outlining is that there were large amounts of contributions into the operations and very little to charities (very disproportionate). The money he uses for his operations may go right back into his pocket. That's tax fraud.
