floyd's unsportsmanlike behaviour never resulted in an injury. ortiz was knocked out by two legit punches, and was never injured. the punches weren't thrown with an intent to injure ortiz.
being ko'd is not an injury, it's one of the win conditions in boxing. it's not floyd's or commission's problem, if ortiz couldn't get up after a count.
