If i was GBP I'd put Morales in with the dude who just won the light welterweight title elminiator on Showtime (Olusegun) pay him to dive or make morales look good, which would then make morales look like a viable opponent for Floyd on Cinco de Mayo...makes perfect boxing sense.

Floyd's ring IQ, footwork, balance, defense, versatility...are all much better than Khan. Mayweather spends the first 2 rounds adapting to Khan and the rest of it picking him apart.
Floyd gets little credit from me until he faces Manny or Sergio.

Margarito after he beats Cotto for the title.
Floyd vs Tony for the 154 title and then somehow Martinez is in the mix afterwards. That would make good TV for me.
If Cotto wins, I wouldn't rule out Floyd fighting him and maybe Khan after that if Khan thinks he ready by then

When is the last time Pac fought someone in their "prime"??? Solis back in 2007.
When is the last time Pac fought someone not coming off losses or crap performances??? Marquez hasn't lost in 2 years I guess, but he hasn't had any big wins either. Diaz in 2008.
Also, you were probably one of the people saying "Floyd fought Hatton who was blown up at 147. Hatton ****** at 147." I was the person saying "Hatton was unbeaten, in his prime, #4 P4P in the world." You better follow suit when Pac fights Bradley and most likely beats him, and you better say "Bradley ****** at 147", the same way you probably did when Floyd beat Hatton.
So...if Ricky Hatton, Juan Manuel Marquez, Shane Mosley, and Victor Ortiz were all sub-par.....what does that say about Manny???
Lets talk Floyd last 7 opponents and the people he supposedly ducked.
Floyd fought Zab Judah in 2006. Judah was in his latter prime, but was coming off an upset loss to Baldomir. Judah was one of the top WW in the world, in his prime.
Then, Floyd fought Baldomir, and was seen to have ducked Margarito. If I am not mistaken, didn't Floyd split with Arum after the Judah fight, than Arum and Floyd both said they would never do business again. you wanna say he ducked him??? go ahead. We know who the better fighter is. But, if Floyd avoided Margarito in your eyes, you better say Manny sure did a nice job of avoiding Berto in 2010 and Ortiz in 2011. Anyway, Baldomir was coming off a huge win over Judah and hadn't lost a fight in over 8 years. He was the recognized WW champion of the world.
Then, the fans are clamoring for Floyd to go up to 154 and fight De La Hoya, after his come back win over Mayorga. Floyd goes up to 154, not a CW, and beats Oscar to win the Super WW title. The fans wanted it, they got it.
Then, he fought Ricky Hatton, who had been at 147 before. Hatton was #4 in the world, unbeaten, and in his prime. He beat him.
Then, Floyd retires for 21 months. This is when EVERYONE was saying Floyd ducked Cotto. If I am also not mistaken, Floyd had been calling out Cotto since 2006, and Top Rank even came out and said "Cotto isn't ready for Floyd".
Then, Floyd comes back and fights Marquez, who's only loss recently was the controversial SD loss to Manny in 2008, where most people thought he won. He fought at a 144 CW for Marquez and dominated him clearly. Don't tell me Floyd should have gone down to 140 or 135, he hadn't been at 140 in 4 years or 135 in 6 years. He wasn't going back down to those weights.
Then, Floyd fought Mosley. Mosley was coming off a knockout win over Margarito and was seen as one of the top WW in the world going into the fight right??? Roach even said, "Floyd won't fight Mosley. It's too dangerous of a fight for Floyd". So, Mayweather fought Mosley coming off a knockout win over Margarito, while Manny chose to fight Clottey who hadn't even won a fight in two years.
Then, Floyd came back after 16 months and fought Victor Ortiz, coming off big wins and in his prime. Meanwhile, Manny had an entire month to sign on and fight Ortiz, but instead chose Marquez. He had a pretty one-sided showing against Ortiz in a win.
Now, Floyd has been rumored to be fighting Sergio Martinez at 154, because Manny already has his next opponent lined up. Funny how that ALWAYS seems to happen.
Margarito was lined up for Manny back in February 2010, when Arum was supposedly trying to make a Floyd fight happen during July 2010. Mosley said in October 2010, he was guaranteed a fight with Manny in May 2011. Now, Braldey declined to fight Khan back in May 2011, because he wanted a Pacquiao fight. Now, it's October 2011, and supposedly he's been guaranteed a fight with Manny in May 2012 next.
Also, in the first negotiations, the only real negotiations by the way, Manny flat out never agreed to 14 days. Floyd than upped the request to testing up until fight day, most likely because of Manny acting shady about drug testing in the first place (scared of needles, weakened by giving a small dose of blood, etc.). Manny and his team said they agreed to testing up until fight day, only to have Koncz come out a year later and say they never agreed to any testing within 14 days of the fight. That was CLEARLY CLEARLY CLEARLY a flat out lie by Manny, Arum, and his entire team. Now, we have Ariza saying they will not do any tests, other than the ones provided by the boxing commissions (which are the tests Mosley got away with for years).
You're delusional if you don't feel all fights in boxing need random testing up until fight day. At least the big fights or title fights do.
Manny is CLEARLY avoiding testing, therefore you can't say Floyd ever ducked him, unless you just truly hate Floyd.
