We will see Rafa with a shirt that says "I Beat Nishioka Once!"

just like his older brother jmm....they keep on begging for a rematch and not accept the decision of the judges,why not retire and enjoy the pay day you got in boxing world.

Unlike his older brother JMM, Rafa doesn't have the support and backup that he beat Nishioka. People looking at him like he's crazy.

He was dominated by a superior master boxer. he started off strong but almost pillar to post he got schooled! i had it 118-110. Rafael should retire before brain damage kicks in. Nishioka will give Donaire more of a competitive fight than Abner Mares, bring it on in May or June 2012

i had pac winning the first fight 114-113 and the second fight 115-113...the first fight wouldnt have been a draw if one of the judges who scored the 3 knockdown as a 10-7 instead of a 10-6. both fights were close but the knockdowns were the difference....plus alot of the rounds couldve gone either way or a 10-10 round.

I agree, I was at the fight and it was painfully obvious that Marquez just couldn't get off. I don't know if it's because he's near fnished of because of the style clash
He was able to have a few good rounds and big moments again Juanma less than a year ago...

he's finished man,he looked so slow and no pop in his punches,ever since he left berinstain the way he boxes is different,i said it here earlier too,he's been on the decline since the second vazquez fight

I felt Noshioka was close to quitting with sore knuckles in the eleventh and Marquez was killing him with his face in the twelfth. Had this been a fifteen rounder, Marquez might have won it on his back. Rematch doesn't describe what happened, second helping sounds good. Noshioka is to young and big.

Nishioka is 35 years old and only a few months younger. They have also had about the same amount of fights, but Nishioka has been a pro fighter for longer than Marquez.

They also have the same reach and Nishioka is only one inch taller ie. they are the same size.

I realised a long time ago... that both Marquez brothers have problems with accepting defeat... Juan and Rafa both have never lossed at least in their opinions or the stoppages were to soon... I think only Juan admitted defeat once (against Mayweather only because of weight of course but still)

All fighters do. However, there is a big difference between getting knocked out and losing a close decision numerous times that you really should have won. I'd be seriously pissed if I was Marquez too and you're damn right I'd have a ***** about it! When all but one loss are decisions that should have gone his way....That's ****ed and it would make you very bitter against the judges and decision losses in general.

Honestly, at least they don't come up with excuses as to why they didn't win. They just say they did win! There are no itchy socks, bad gloves, blood taken, sore fingers etc etc etc etc etc etc. If you want excuses for why you lost go listen to Pac for his Morales loss and Marquez 'draw'. At least Marquez don't make excuses because they truly believe they won, and rightly so.

Clearly in this case he's wrong because Nishioka won it.
