maybe just maybe martinez is worse than people give him credit for. baker's never fought an elite fighter and barely got past a couple of c level fighters. now he's great? i don't buy that.

Don't know...facts are facts: should have earned a ko win over Cintron, could have earned a draw/win oer a bigger Williams on 2 weeks notice, ko'd Williams with a full training camp,beat a much bigger Pavlik and took his title, then ko's an undefeated Dzinziruk who had never been down once s a pro, then ko's another undefeated bigger guy in Barker.

I guess man....seems like he keeps defying the odds and people keep reaching for ways to down grade the guy but the fact remains.....his resume in the last 6 fights craps on the resumes of 99% of any boxer in any class remotely close to him.

I think Barker is way better than he has been perceived to be.....and he got KO'd by "an exposed" Martinez.....dude is better than you are giving him credit for.

No it doesn't. Pavlik was an alcoholic, Zinziruk is a guy he mocked only a year earlier claiming he never heard of him and Williams was a bum.
