Yea Marg won before...How long ago was that? Where was Martinez as a fighter back then and where was Marg as a fighter back then? Where is Martinez as a fighter now, and where is Marg as a fighter now?

What have you seen in Margarito in his last few fights that makes you think to be even somewhat competitive against Martinez.

And, then you not even taking the style into effect...The reason why Barker had some kind of success...While Margarito doesn't fight that style. Nor would try to defend as much. Which would leave the fresher quicker Martinez with a target practice to play with.

maybe thats because of the type of opponent his againts?

but lets put it into this lets compare margarito and barker first:

1. speed? margarito

2. chin? margarito

3. pressure? margarito

4. combination of punches? margarito

4. defense? barker, margarito wasnt even defensive on his fight with sergio anyway right? his pressure got him the win

5. power? this is a question mark because of that hand wrap thing

to call margarito a done fighter because of his last fights is not yet enough to prove for me

1.againts mosley, i think he lost because he wasnt focus on that fight, but ya he LOST

2.againts manny, the nonstop blinding combination and speed

just the way sergio was getting tag by barker who doesnt even want to throw a punch makes me want to see a rematch

but maybe it is still early to think about it

Martinez would run through Margarito. Margarito needs a sufficient strength or skill advantage to win and he wouldn't have either. He'd get dominated on the outside and held on the inside.

Hopefully the bookies are as conflicted as y'all so I can place a bet on Sergio.
