Berto has Haymon who HBO worships

stack up the resumes of Abregu and Berto and you'll see two long lists of bums...the moment they stepped up in class, that '0' was gone

****, Berto didn't even need to step up in class...he fought someone on his own level in Collazo and arguably lost

unless you guys rated Freddy Hernandez that highly
Common opponent David Estrada, Estrada had a couple moment but Berto beat the brakes off dude. Abregu who fought him after that savage beating got lucky to get a split decision was an excellent fight but doesn't speak to him being in the same league with Berto.

Oh okay. Business Bradley is much more interested in the money than he is for his legacy. That's okay good move for Bradley. He sure isn't an idiot that's for sure, but he'll always be known as a duck.

Collazo, Zaveck, Quintana & Urango are much better than anything on Aregu's resume & personally i don't rate Berto that much but Berto is a 2x WW champ, Abregu wasn't & never will be a world champion let alone x2.

              Hype job

Im a boxing fan and I like both Pac and Floyd, but if that fight isn't happening then other fights can be made for Pac instead of Tim bradley! If you cant see that Bradley is just another hype job that Arum is doing to make Pac look even better then what he is then you gotta be crazy! I think Pac is great, but I think fights like Bradley is just bs to hype him up! Bradley hasn't proved anything except that he has no power and can be knocked down by bs fighters like Kendal Holt! So to me this fight will end in a ko like Manny did to Hatton! Better fights for Pac imo would be: Mayweather, Martinez at 150, Matthysse at 140, Guerrero at 140 or Ortiz at 147!

So now that Bradley, the guy people say that Pac is apparently ducking, is in line for a fight he's now considered a bad opponent? You people are so f#cking hypocritical and it's apparent that no matter who Pac fights he won't be getting any credit.

We don't even know if this fight is gonna happen next year since nothing has been signed but I'm willing to bet that it's merely a back up plan. I, like most of you, WANT the Pac-May fight to happen ASAP but if that fight doesn't materialize I wouldn't mind Tim Bradley as a possible opponent.

we're dusting off the ole triangle theories now? you're better than that, Gamb

if Berto is better than Abregu, it isn't by much...that i have no problem saying

but some of these dudes are seriously overrating Berto

I never said he was a threat. I said he moved up to fight Hoya, not 147. Hoya had size advantage and a jab. Its always the opponent isn't a threat AFTER he beat them

Cotto was slow and flat footed. He got rid of his sparring partner Bruseles. He had to throw low blows to Judah

Margarito was getting tagged by Clottey of all people till he hurt his hand. And turned around and lost to Paul. May would pot shotted his slow ass to death

U gotta come a lil harder baby

OK Soto-Karass beat the shit out of Estrada also, why couldn't Abregu get the job done and that was the fight was only 5 months before the Abregu fight.

There is a difference between looking at a guys level and looking at a guys style~

He fought Oscar for his biggest pay day at the moment and bigger ones in the future. Why aren't people giving him his just due if we're going by that logic.
no one is saying wifebeater shouldn't have went for the dlh payday, but after he got his payday, he should've fought cotto and marg... instead he retired, came back to fight hatton whom cotto and marg would've destroyed, and then retired again until cotto, marg, and mosley beat ths ***** out of each other... then wifebeater and *****s have the nerve to say "I would've beaten them anyways."

I can understand wifebeater going for the dlh payday, but ducking cotto and marg after he got his payday is unforgivable. a true champion takes on all comers
