IF Cotto beats Margarito he already expressed no interest in fighting Martinez.


If Margarito beats Cotto (in whatever fashion) many still consider Margarito a battle worn fighter thus giving full advantage to Sergio (and couple that with the fact that both Cotto and Margarito are naturally smaller foes).


As for Lara, I’m still not sold on him thus Martinez should fight Pirog.


As For Manny/Floyd I don’t think Manny would fight at that weight again (150) nor do I think Floyd would express any interest, because let’s be honest Martinez maybe the Middleweight champ but he has no fan base thus isn’t as marketable.


The only ones worth an honorable mention of your list I think is Angulo/Kirkland with a nod of approval from most boxing fans (me included).

At people calling Dibella a joke. He's not saying he'd give Arum options on Martinez, he'd be open to a co-promotion like Arum does for his fighters when its in Arum's best interest. Arum acts in his best interest. Martinez-Cotto/Marg II's winner won't be made, but what Dibella is saying he'd be open to a co-promotion.

Arum wasn't open to do that before in March for Cotto-Martinez, remember? Instead he wanted to pay Dibella and Martinez a flat rate instead of a co-promotion and a split of the purse. Remember that?

How is he begging for a co-promotion? He said he'd be open to it and didn't want to add fuel to the fire when he already went off. He also said that there is no way in hell Margarito would get 50-50 so it's not like he's like "Please take us Bob, we need you"
