you could tell it wasn't going to happen ,when arum said they were interested enlisting bradley & floyd started 'flirting' with khan in the public. it just said they were never serious about it, with their minds elsewhere already.
but neither don't forget to throw the other guy's name out there before their each fight. floyd saying pac you're next, and pac saying i take the test now. weak.

Why hasn't Arum sent Floyd any offer recently? Why is he lining up opponents before Pac's next fight? Wake up. I'm a Pac fan but Arum is a snake, Pac needs to leave TR and make that PPV extravaganza against Floyd.

Last time Arum made Floyd an offer with the countdown clock, Floyd got pissed and said "Nobody is in the position to offer me anything. I do the offering"..
