The Pac PPV is really bad.

This is like going back to a decade ago. This PPV stinks, no other word can describe it. It's cool that you have the number 1 jww in action but still it's an easy matchup. The other two fights are garbage too. I thought we turned the corner with a good ppv for Floyd, and on paper good cards for Cotto and Dawson ppv but I guess not. I mean the main event isn't even that great because Pac should roll. I don't stream many ppvs and you would think a pac v jmm card is must see but this one isn't screaming that out. Arum disgusts me.

Arum has always been stingy with undercards, no surprise there. GBP attempted to do some better cards recently (I thought Action Heroes was pretty good), but also failed to deliver with all the cancellations and changes in program on the Star Power.

I understand what he's doing to bring in more money for him but god damn think about the future of the sport. He knows the Pac card will sell no matter what and isn't sure on Cotto/Marg but ****, think about the future. More people will see the Pac fight so put some talent on it to build new fanbases. Yeah, loading the Cotto card helps bring in viewers that are on the fence but it surely won't reach the same audience as the Pac card. Arum has no intentions of ever helping the sport. Even when he's on his death bed and has enough money for his kids, and their kids he only has his own interests in mind. What a sad, sad individual he is.

yea its a pretty ****ty card. i think he was trying to buff up the cotto card because it doesnt have the star power of the pac card. but yea the card is really weak.

I agree entirely. Although i do believe that the Cotto-Margarito card should outsell the Pacman-Marquez card simply because the Cotto card is a much more even fight while the Pacman card is a bout as big a mismatch as Pacman-Diaz at welterweight.

Arum could have easily made the Arce-Vasquez II as the main undercard before the main event, but we all know he wants to nickle and dime the boxing fans.

It's not that bad actually, compared to previous Pacquiao fights. So far, this is how it looks:

Manny Pacquiao vs. Juan Manuel Marquez

            Tim Bradley vs. Joel Casamayor

            Jorge Arce vs. TBA

            Mike Alvarado vs. Breidis Prescott

Luis Cruz vs. Juan Carlos Burgos

under estimating Pacquiao's drawing power? pac alone will outsell cotto-margarito and your telling us David Diaz is better than Juan F_cking Manuel Marquez??

what their first two fights again and tell me if you dont want to see these two fight again?

this is so very true, that's why bradley is on the undercard, what they should have add is one good to great match up, Arce-Donaire would have been interesting ...

I never said Diaz is better than Marquez, why don't you go ahead & reread that again. It helps if you try to understand what is written. I would have loved to have seen the fight 3 years ago, at 135. Not really interested in the fight now at welterweight though. Marquez is getting old & he's been hurt by Baby Bull & Katsidis, fighting 2 weight classes above his competitive limit, yeah not much to pay for there. I'll save fight fans there money. Pacman stops Marquez inside of 8 rounds. In a one sided fight, that everyone should expect anyway.
