  • Badr Hari retires from kickboxing and will be heading to the US for a boxing career

Here's a link to the article and also links to some highlights. He's 26, 6'6, 240 and generally regarded as the best kickboxer in the world when his mind is right. Interestingly, he's got wlad's power and chin and they're the same height, but his hands are a little sloppy sometimes.

If he gets a good trainer who tightens up his defense he'll easily be top 10.

Its strange how people say boxing is dead and yet people from UFC and other martial arts always want to come over to start boxing.

He is without a doubt one of the best kickboxers right now. He is known though to take his eye off the ball at times. He'll do better than Rampage or Kimbo imo.

As much as people hate on the Klitschko's we don't need tools like this guy in our sport.
              Taken from Wikipedia....

"Hari, who was generally known for his big mouth and slow ring entrance started some trash talk between them before the fight, making the hype even greater. Hari's long ring entrance took longer than the actual fight, where Hari was knocked out by Leko's trademark spinning back kick."

Actually, scratch that, I'd quite like to see Wlad knock out this guy! lol

No idea who this is but good luck to him. Won't be easy though.

He was 20 years old when that happened. Though he still has some growing up to do, he's nowhere near as bad as he used to be and his ring entrances are rather quick now. FYI he koed Leko in the rematch with a spinning hook kick that broke his jaw, here's the link:

If he's able to learn, which is possible at 26 he could be a contender.
Hopefully he gets a good trainer.

Marco Huck, Vitali Klitschko etc are also coming from kickboxing, althought at a younger age.
