Basically unknown until 35 years of age, what years should we consider as the prime years of Bernard Hopkins?

i don't see any real reason to debate this. whether it's 18-25. or 35-45. what difference does it make?

When he loses, he's washed up but when he wins, he pulled the biggest miracle ever and is back into his prime.

              This is about right.

People forget Sergio Martinez is in his prime right now and he's 35/36.

While Hopkins when he was really young was probably more athletic a little quicker and a little stronger he still wasn't the complete package. Around the trinidad fight was his absolute peak when he was the entire package (ring IQ, still physically a beast, etc.).

I would say the years that he spent taking it up the booty pipe in cell block D were his best.

Don't know the start but I've always said his prime ended with Joppy.
