It's good that Ariza is pushing the swimming, like he said, its actually hard for Pac. Doing new movements/exercises promotes muscle growth, especially in places that aren't normally exercised. Very basic idea of interval training.

Any of you guys reach a plateau, say doing pushups/benchpress. If you switch things up by doing inclines/declines/hindu pushups/etc, you'll push right through that plateau.

There's a place for repetitive workouts because they teach muscle memory that is very useful in the ring (jumping rope, bag work, sparring) but Ariza, is in charge of over-all fitness, its not like Pac has a ring experience deficit.

A minute into the video Ariza taps Roach on the shoulder and kinda ask him to tell Pacquiao that chlorine is the ingredient to winning.

      Imagine that.

And he's a congressman in MY COUNTRY!!!

      Imagine that some more.

      How f@#cked are we now?!?!?!

Wow, obvious attempt at humor (on Ariza's part) went right over your head.

Chlorine, also known to the Mayweather's as C-side meth.
