Great card, as was the Mayweather/Ortiz card.
Im really happy that Boxing is putting together these great cards. Reminds me of the days you'd order a Julio Cesar Chavez fight and get Tito Trinidad and a Campas fight in the undercard.

That card was horrendous. From the sparring match with Alvarez, where they stopped it without really hurting Gomez. It was a fraud

The Lopez/Vargas fight was ok, but Vargas was looking pretty average and I didn't think he won, but he got it.

Only Erik Morales saved it from being a truly terrible card, and that's because Cano refused to go down

Even on paper it was suspect, especially when Matthyse bowed out.

Alvarez/Gomez was so LoL worthy from the word go. There was no way that Gomez was going to be allowed to leave the Staples center with a win. The ref made damn sure of that when he called that BS stoppage.
