lewis got him fame from beating 2 old and shot fighters holyfield and tyson. he was knocked out by the great oilver mcall (lol) and rahman...he got lucky to get the nod over mercer. who's he beaten that makes him great? I cant wait to hear this one,,lol

Lewis was a dominating fighter when he was focused and viewed his opponent as a threat.

Wlad's chin is very poor.

Lewis is one of the hardest punching champions in history.

Wlad has a chance, but it would be a tiny one.

Take a look at the numbers in this poll.

oh please. lewis didnt have a good chin and got caught. if wlad hit him flush with his short hook or big right it would be lights out for lewis. the same can be said for lewis if he landed his right,,,,but wlad could knock him out with either his left or right

Banking on a lesser fighter (in this case- Wlad) to win by one punch KO....is a sure fire way to make a bad pick.

Sure....Wlad can ****, & Lewis was vulnerable.
But, Lewis was a better puncher than Wlad, had better stamina, better defense, more experience...
Basically, he had everything over Wlad Klitschko.

Remember, you must assume that both guys are in their very best forms. Lewis in his very best form is a top 10 all time great...Wlad in his best is a top 10 fighter 6'7 or over.

I didn't vote because they both have good skills and shaky chins. Lewis was a very sound fighter later in his career,when he was focused. Also, Wlad hasn't shown the kind of confidence and aggression that Lewis has displayed in the past. Wlad would have an excellent chance of catching Lewis, but not if Lewis intimidated him into not letting his hands go. Wlad also shows less head movement than Lewis on the average, and depends much more on catching punches with his arms. At this point in Wlad's career, I'd give the edge to Lewis, but it could go either way.

Lewis by an outright KO. There wouldn't be any dis*****g this, Wlad would get laid out. Lewis had better defence, and just as much power. The only thing Wlad has going for him is his height, but that wouldn't come into play too much. Lewis would KO him in six.

With Toney and Wlad, we are examining two largely unproven guys who are still questionmarks and who will never be considered a top 20 HW all-time.

With Lewis and Wlad, we are looking at an ALL-TIME GREAT heavyweight and Wlad, who I discussed above.

Two different arenas. You wouldn't catch me saying Toney would KO Lennox LEwis...ever.
