Not only that, but the 14 day offer was OFFERED in the mediation in a last ditch to SAVE the fight in late 2009- early 2010. And guess what, Manny flat out refused and fought Josh Ineverwinbigfights Clottey. So stop making up the nonsense about "all of a sudden wanting no cutoff", you're talking to someone that paid close attention to the details. 14 days was offered BECAUSE Manny wanted 30..FACT.
If mayweather didn't want the fight after pac agreed to 14 days in the 2nd negotiations, what makes you think he would have wanted to fight even if he agreed to 14 in the first negs?

You really need to keep up. I'll leave it at that.

Here's WADA's specific rule on testing whereabouts so everyone can be on the same page:

"Because OUT-OF-COMPETITION doping controls can be conducted w/o notice to athletes, they are one of the most powerful means of deterrence and detection of doping....." "Experience has shown that OUT-OF-COMPETITION testing is crucial to the fight against doping in particular because a number of prohibited substances and methods are detectable ONLY FOR A LIMITED PERIOD OF TIME IN AN ATHLETE'S BODY while maintaining a performance-enhancing effect. The only way to perform such testing is by knowing where athletes are, and the only way to make it efficient is to be able to test athletes at times at which CHEATERS may most likely to use prohibited substances and methods."

Let's hope that with this, all arguments regarding the effectiveness of Floyd's FAKE testing demand shall now be put to rest.
Let's also hope that everyone knows the meaning of OUT-OF-COMPETITION testing.

Mr. Tatang "I can't post a link" b45 strikes again.

              You don't understand the following:

              1. Pac says he only goes by the commission standards, but yet he agrees to a 30, 24, and 14 day random blood testing cut off... Which one is it, the commission or blood testing cutoff?

              2. Pac is on record saying that random blood tests conflict with his training regime and make him weak. Since this is the case regarding Pac, how will he ever adhere to blood testing 365?

              3. Victor Conte believe's that blood/urine testing should be 365, yes. But he also knows that at the moment, that is NOT possible for ALL athletes due to the finance difficulties. Therefore, he agrees that until some kind of budget is figured out, Mayweather is doing the next best thing.

Come on man. You know this already.

Get ready to hear....."There's no funding for year round OSDT, therefore lets go with Floyd version of testing only 8/52 weeks".

If Floyd was so serious about more stringent testing, tell Mr Money Man to fund it until it becomes implented for all by the commision/s. If he can go out and buy 4mil worth of cars, let him spend some money for the good of the sport that made him rich.

Floyd seems to be concerned with what a boxer might be taking within the 14-days before a fight, but not concerned what he's taking the other 44 weeks throughout the year? LOL.

The funding is a reality, which is why it's futile when you cry about, "ALL FIGHTERS NEED TO DO THIS TESTING, NOT JUST ONE!". Things cost in this world and doing that kind of testing isn't an exception. And the Commission aren't going to jump right on it because....you guessed, they don't want to foot the bill.

Now he has to fund ALL of the tests, stop reaching.

Again...if Manny won't do a testing with no cut offs for 8 weeks...how in the world will he do a whole year with random testing and no cut offs..think for a second. Don't just be so quick to reply.
