It's not Olympic "style" anything, it's Mayweather style testing, nothing Olympic about it. Floyd just used the brand name of the Olympic's to justify his demands, which are obviously a smoke screen for avoiding the fight.

Let me ask you this, who is more likely to be caught cheating, someone who fights two to three times a year or someone who fights once every 18 months???? What was Floyd doing in all that off time???? How can he have gotten so physically strong lately???? What Floyd did was turn all the attention away from him by giving the illusion of being a clean fighter by using the "Olympic" branding and fooling you guys into thinking there's no way he "could" be dirty.

Actually what Conte is saying makes Manny even more of a coward because with the testing fighters facing Floyd have been doing they can still benefit from the PED even if they stopped during training camp but Manny is still afraid to go through with it. I have no doubt in my mind that Manny is juicing because his actions are not those of an innocent man. As for your theory of Floyd juicing, that's ridiculous. If your a boxing fan and you've seen fighters move up in weight you would know that Floyd looks like any other great fighter that has moved up, nothing more while Manny has exhibited power, speed and endurance that he didnt have at his lower more natural weight. It's really simple. A guy that has a 12 round war with Barrera, Morales or Marquez @ 130 doesnt stop Cotto @ 147. Somethings wrong with that picture, if not prove it.

USADA is doing it slightly wrong then....let's try and get Manny to agree to OST (randomized,but ALL year round) then,eh? haha-good luck,he is too scared to take random testing for 2 months,what makes you think he would agree to testing all year???!!!

The penalty to me sounded like a way to discourage Floyd from signing the fight...of course it didn't work.It was also hypocritical considering Manny has failed to make weight in a title fight himself.

Floyd said he'll fight if Manny takes his FAKE test. Manny says he'll take the FAKE test if NSAC will require it.
