Rios is debatable. I can see why he would be classified for both. He did beat Acosta and Antillon.

Vanes is relevant and Foreman is not. All he did was beat an inactive Santos for an easy belt. If you were to of seen the Santos/Margarito fight you'd know that **** wasn't a win for Santos. Even people that are nonMargarito fans of different races that I know have seen it and agree.

But anyways, the only reason I think Vanes would be irrelevant is if he gets destroyed by Perro but I see him staying top 10 in the division for a while, unlike Foreman.

Someone who is a decent boxer just wouldn't lose to Wolak. I'm sorry but that's my 2cs.

haha, he's only had three fights after cotto. two of them he was beat to ***** and the other one he tried getting some rounds in after the time away he had. ask something like this if he beats cotto and continues fighting.
