When I think about Mayorga, The only purpose he had was to knock out a distracted vernon forest, and then rob him in the 2nd fight. I think Mayorga is a done fighter and if he takes this fight, its just for a big payday so that afterward he can retire with a lot of money with him.

Mayorga is entertaining as hell but he is lacking in a lot of skill and technique So lets call this what it is.
Mayorga is being fet to DLH to make him look good, kind of the way Tito used Mayorga to come back.
