    if pac figfhts at 135, he would come in most likley around that what he will come in at ww CW(so would jmm). get it? it does not matter wheterh the fight is at 135 , 140 or ww sizewise, both will come in (mostlikely) similar in size.

    pac has not fought at 135 in years homeboy, why should he risk being weightdrained regardless of what his team say.

      Nobody can know what their unofficial weight history for the simple reason that it's unofficial but I think you totally understand the point he's trying to drive at.

      However, pac has fully acclimatized himself at WW while Marquez has not, having said that, I think this fight sucks.

          If he were at a weigh-in of 135 it changes the entire camp as far as weight goes , he will train much lighter throughout camp making the lighter weight , he will have less muscle mass because of that and just manipulate the water at the end .of camp , if has too much mass he wont make the weight , CWs matter a lot in these fights .

          At 144 Pac will train much bigger through out camp , and JMM will train much higher also , the consequence of this is more power less speed for both .

          Now who do you think more Power and less speed will advantage .

          This fight is a cherry pick at this weight , wasnt Pac just saying JMM might retire , off course he will its his last big pay send off , he has lost before that dont worry him , so being the fighter he is he will give it a try , the pay is too good not too , at the end of the day this fight is a Team Pac scam .

            If Pac KO's JMM, It will make Floyd look... like Floyd.

            Pac is supposed to KO JMM and Floyd was supposed to shut JMM down.
            I don't think Floyd will look bad at all if Pac KOs JMM. The pressure is actually on Pac to beat JMM convincingly.

              coz based on thier history, thse are the most likely scenario about the weight(atleast close to it).

              jmm = 145
              pac = 148

              jmm at lw is 3 lbs lbs smaller than pac at ww. 3 lbs.

              sayin pac is ww and jmm is lw argument is too shallow of looking at things.
              we ve seen thme guys healthy at those weifhts,. now , how is this fight unfair for jmm again?
              You silly prick. Marquez is a featherweight, through and through. He spent 15 years as a featherweight. The only reason he moved up was to get the bigger fights, and that was only four years ago when he was well into his mid-thirties.

              Pac was a 147 pound fighter by 30 years old. He couldn't make 126, or 130. Marquez can still make 130, especially considering he just came into a 135 fight at 133 when he's 38 years old. At there same age as Pac now, Marquez was still a small 126 fighter while Pac is a genuine jr welterweight-welter.

              It's really very simple. Marquez is a small fighter. Much smaller than Pac. Pac is a welterweight and has been now for as long as Marquez has been a 130-135 fighter. Difference is Marquez still makes weight easily at nearly 40 and Pac couldn't make 130 or 135 if he had to at 32 or whatever he is.

              There's some simple logic there: it's because Pac is naturally much bigger than Marquez.

                  Bro just as argument, Marquez was never a small FW, he stayed at the division like most boxer if not all do "to take advantage" of size during fight night JMM from FW up to present usually weights at 140-144 at fightnight, Marquez is for sometime now a full pledge lightweight, IMHO even big enough to compete effectively at 140 and I dont see him fighting effectively anymore at 130, last "1-3" pounds are usually the hardest to loose...

                  PAC although has grown into welterweight frame, he only adds a few pounds from weight-ins usually fighting @148, I am sure PAC can still fight effectively at 140 but not at 135 ...

                  my point is PAC is not that much bigger than Marquez, we will see this at fight night this November

                    bro IMHO history has shown it is not healty or good for fighters to go down in weight specially at the tail-end of their careers i.e Roy Jones, Dela Hoya and it is easier for older fighters to fight at heavier weights on their comebacks (i.e. Penalosa, Morales etc...)

                      the result of the pac jmm fight has got nothing to do with how floyd will be looked up to later...

                      the result though will have an effect on the viability of pac vs floyd, if ever...
