How quickly you forget that Khan was supposed to fight Timothy Bradley. Until a freak injury to Bradley - a loss of testicles - lead to the fight being cancelled.

it was a great fight, who wouldn't want to see a rematch? it would benefit the sport and the fans. certain posters here would rather pretend to be khan's managers. dirk, do you have some sort of investments in the khan brand or something?

Maybe its his son, so he wants to protect him like Cortez did.

true, and im not defending bradleys duck...but khan/bradley was never actually signed and 2 weeks away from fight night like guerrero/madiana was

Only Khan fan boys don't want to see a second fight. The first fight was one of the better fights of the year. I guess they don't want to see their guy in a matchup that he can get KOed

If it was fight of the year, the general rule is that there needs to be a rematch. Simple as that. JMM vs Diaz, Israel Vasquez vs Rafael Marquez, Micky Ward vs Gatti, Eric Morales vs Barrerra, etc... I don't get why the khan fans are so against it.

I don't get why you're so against Sergio Martinez fighting Dmitry Pirog,but judging from your posts last night concerning Pirog being in attendance for Martinez's next mismatch,you're clearly not in favour of it.

i just love how not only Amir is scared to death of the idea of a rematch with Maidana so are all his little nut huggers, why the hell would you not want to see this rematch as a fan of boxing regardless of which side your loyalties fall, the first fight was the only good fight ive seen him in, well apart from his comical wipeout by prescot, how the hell could you not want this, if your a Khan fan surley you want to see your man prove he is a man and do the job propperly, if your Maidana coz you want to see the inevitable KO of Khan and if you were neutral coz the first fight which Khan tried so hard to avoid turned out to be entertaining and a credit to boxing.
