When a promoter controls the rankings, he controls who is more valued to the sport. Its a shameful conflict of interests, but the fans and the networks don't seem to have a problem going on with it.

The new agenda was to dehydrate boxers who have just lost but still retain their star power names to fabricate validation for Pacquiao's ranking.

Manny's has fought both Clottey and SSM at 147. Don't forget Money fought JMM at a catch weight of 144 despite coming in at 146. By that logic Money ain't genuine P4P either. You clearly don't know s**t about boxing!
