Second, there was no second negotiation.Everyone who has anything to do with boxing knows that Arum admitted that he never had any contact with the Mayweather camp during that alleged second negotiation. He admitted that what he did was send a letter to the president of HBO telling him what Pacquaio wanted to fight Mayweather. That included a 14-day cutoff, which Mayweather had already said was off the table. According to Arum, Mayweather's camp never responded. When only one side is talking, there is not ***ing negotiation. Third, in the last few months, Arum and Pac's advisors have changed their stories about the drug tests at least five times and, in all the bull**** they are feeding their fans and idiots like Bert Sugar who buy everything Arum says, they have never said that they agreed to random OST with no cutoff that is conducted and overseen by the USADA.
