Gary Sykes Vs. Gary Buckland Rematch for the British Super Featherweight Title

I've posted streams in the Video Download Forum (also the Munroe card). I'm not huge on the domestic scene besides a few faces such as Groves, DeGale and Mitchell but I'm trying to get into the lower weight classes. I think I've seen Sykes fight a few times but I can't say I showed much interest in it - I swear he's been on the scene forever but it doesn't seem as if he's ready for a World scene yet. Can anyone enlighten me about his history and where he currently is?
