It's funny some people here say Pacquiao is illiterate.
Pacquaio speaks, reads and writes:

1. Cebuano (dialect in his hometown)
2. Tagalog (Filipino National language)
3. English (not fluent but OK)
4. Spanish (barely)

Almost of all posters here only speak 1 or 2 language

there are speeches and interviews where he speaked spanish. but yes barely. contrary to belief, there are only few words spanish is similar to tagalog. i never understood a mexican when i hear him speak spanish.

duh fluent and conversation, you know what it means right.

regarding contract, have you seen how thick they usually are with all the fine prints. thats why you need lawyers to read them many times.

manny was ill-advised by his lawyers to sign the contract for golden boy. he even had an interview with that. he blamed jeng jacal.
