Morales has the better resume, so my vote would go to him.

Morales' legacy is head and shoulders above Floyd's. His reign of war at 122, 126, 130 was downright ridiculous in pace, skill, and success. He was so entertaining to watch and a consistent draw that it was really Morales who brought the Millions to the lower weight classes. With Morales his legacy, importance, and ability are not in question. He fought the whos' who of lower classes at a furious pace and beat them all. Including the young guy who would later become the p4p king, Manny Pacquiao and left no doubt of his greatness and his abilities despite him being old and war worn. I mean 10 straight years of war after war kind of does that to you. The fact the man was successful against the elite level of opposition is astonishing.

A true throwback fighter.... not protecting that 0. Fighting all threats. And his resume speaks for itself.
