Exacty right. I believe this also. What he's trying to do, even at this late date its to create "evidence on the ground" which he thhinks he can use in court to show that it was all a joke and he never intended to degrade MannyP.

I think he's too late for this, although Oscar succeeded, but there was probably a big settlement there, as well as the tiny share of Pacquiao which he had.
