The average American male height is 5'9, so mayweather is only an inch below. I would consider him "short" as I am 5'11.5/6'0 depending on my posture however he isn't a "midget" and could still kick my ass and probably has the same reach as me

Pacman on the other hand is 5'5 which is extremely short and would stand out in a crowd looking like a midget

kid hoe joe frazier had the uper body of a mw almost but the legs of a super heavy

pac gets some sick leverage from his legs

but floyds big uperbody is definatly good for a clasic boxer.
