I would love Mayweather vs Khan in the UK - I would try my hardest to go to it. However, Floyd will gain no props despite what people say, just like he isn't getting props for Ortiz and Mosley despite people saying he wouldnt fight them or they would give props for him beating them.

Khan hasn't even fought at Welter, all that would happen is the exact same thing as Hatton - haters would say that Floyd dragged Amir to WW...its boring!

I reckon they will fight late 2012 though and it will be a good event. Hopefully Mayweather and Pacquiao will have already fought by then.

SR is absolutely right. Its obviously that Con wasnt on the potion when he fought McCloskey but Con was still fighting like an amateur. Boxing blogs should make people take a test before posting because its clear that there's a lot of idiots posting about stuff they no nothing about. It truly takes an idiot to see anything that Con has done giving him a **** ass of a chance against PBF.
Manny Pacquiao's punk ass wont even take a damn "Im Clean" test for the biggest payday of his ignorant ass career to fight Floyd but people think the dude with all the mouth like his boy David Haye (at least Haye could fight a little) has a remote chance. ATTENTION DUMBASSES: First of all I'll believe he really wants it when I see it, furthermore if so, HE"S WILLING TO RISK HIS CAREER FOR A BIG PAYDAY!!!!

EXACTLY!!!!! Zero for Floyd for destroying Con. Con would have to beat Bradley, Ortiz and Berto for a fight to make a little sense. Floyd's mountain is Martinez not Manny or Con but Sergio Martinez!!!!!!!!! I would love to see PBF vs Martinez in the UK.

we've got to remember that Khan is only 24, not in his prime...he will get better in every aspect in the coming years, although i don't know how he can get any faster.

amir would definitley be a challenge for floyd, hence why the fight is unlikely to happen, if a 34 year old de la hoya can get a split...a young faster Khan with a better Jab and Roach in his corner (who has had alot more time since the de la hoya fight to study floyd) will definitely cause problems.

I'm not saying he would definitely win just he would be a challenge.

Why would sergio fight floyd in the UK?

I could see him fighting Khan in Uk but Khan would have to give up alot of that UK money. I'd rather see Khan fight Maidana at 147

Yes when Khan is in his prime he'll definitely be a challenge for Floyd because Floyd Will be 40 yrs old.

                Right now.. Hex no

Next year? No Khan will not be a challenge for Floyd. Khan has no defense at all Floyd picks him apart ez

Hoyas always been ring savy though. Hes a true studier of the sport but lacked in drive and determination. He has the type of style to do good against most fighters because of this. A jab alone wont save khan and he doesnt adapt when the tables turn. Different type of fight.

People need to realise khan is already a multi-millionaire he isn't looking to fight floyd for a big payday but rather for his legacy. Khan knows floyd only has a few fights left in him thats why he is desperate to be one of the 3-4 last guys to fight floyd. About the fight itself, I think khan is the toughest opponent for floyd after pacquiao, alot better fighter than ortiz.
