Naw, Its a serious statment lol! Like i said i'm sorry but no one would care about pacquiao like they do if Floyd wasn't hanging around! At the end of the day Floyd is good for boxing because in my opinion there would be no "Mega-Star" Manny Pacquiao without undefeated Floyd around!

pac won his first world title 2 months after floyd won his. he wasn't babied on hbo or ranked #2 p4p after fighting carlos rios, justin juuko and carlos gerena. he actually had to fight dangerous fighters to get noticed. the keys to hbo weren't given to him out the gate.

Any true boxing fan would know that Manny Pacquio made his name from his fights with the other featherweight FAB4. his legacy was already set even before he jumped into welterweight. His fight with Oscar propelled him even further while Floyd was "retired". It was only after Pac became the face of boxing that Mayweather decided to come back.
