    the boxing stance

    when im in the boxing stance and im throwing jab-cross,my back foot which is on its ball or toes wants work its way backwards as i move it with the punches,how do i correct this so my foot will STAY in one place???

    Your stance takes alot of work,just ask your trainer to help you.After I warm up in the gym I work on my stance for some time
