why have a cut off????if they have a su****ion they cant test..just let them work..both are taking the same test..just take them and fight...

because if they have a su****ion im sure they would re-test again before the cut off date. u act as if getting the result from these test takes weeks or months. lets say they agree on 14 days cut off and before the 14 days cut off is reach im sure they would have re-tested whoever pac or floyd again if there was any su****ion before reaching the 14 days mark. so the testing up until fight night really serve no purpose but to get in pac's head. so say they agree on 14 days im sure usada will make their last test a week or so before the 14 days mark, so if they suspect anything im sure they would re-test that person 1-2 days after. their not gonna wait until the 14 days and be like oh ***** theres su****ion here for this person but now we cant test anymore because the 14 days cut off is here already.

True, but Floyd was even carving himself a ducker reputation way before Pac came along. He was being said to have ducked Cotto, Margarito and SSM, and even hatton.
